# CFDI

Al momento de realizar cualquier enajenación, deberás emitir un documento que la acredite, en este caso mediante la emisión del [Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI)](/mexico/impuestos-cripto/declarar-tus-criptos-al-sat/como-debo-hacerlo/comprobante-fiscal-digital-por-internet-cfdi.md)correspondiente, respecto de las enajenaciones y por cada una de ellas que hayas realizado. 

Tendrás hasta un plazo máximo de 15 días desde el momento de la enajenación para realizar la emisión del CFDI.
