# Pérdida y Robo de cripto

En este punto, nos referimos al Robo, Pérdida que puedas sufrir o el Quiebra/Estafa del exchange donde tienes tus criptomonedas.

Sufrir alguno de estos hechos podría generar una pérdida patrimonial que asumirías en la base imponible general, pero bajo determinadas condiciones.

Según el [articulo 331](https://estatuto.co/331) del estatuto tributario nacional, *Las pérdidas de las rentas líquidas cedulares no se sumarán para efectos de determinar la renta líquida gravable.*
