# Pérdida y Robo de cripto

En este punto, nos referimos al Robo, Pérdida que puedas sufrir o la Quiebra/Estafa del exchange donde tienes tus criptomonedas.

Así como indica el [Oficio Ord. N° 3003 del 06 de diciembre de 2023](/chile/oficios-sii/oficio-ord.-n-3003-del-06-de-diciembre-de-2023.md), en caso de pérdida en que es imposible recuperar el acceso a las criptomonedas, es necesario demostrar con todos los medios de prueba posibles, que la pérdida de la clave es definitiva e impide el acceso a los activos. En este caso es posible utilizar esta pérdida de criptomonedas como una pérdida tributaria.
