Establece que los Airdrops y Staking (y extrapolando a otros ingresos) cuando se reciben, lo hacen con costo $0.

Algo muy importante, es que confirma que cada movimiento que haces y con el cual obtienes una ganancia, se le puede restar otros dentro del año que estén en pérdida.

* Define que los Airdrop y Staking al momento de ser recibidos se asumen con costo $0 y al momento de enajenar se considera completa la ganancia.
* Establece que las ganancias y pérdidas generadas por criptomonedas pueden ser compensadas en el mismo año comercial.
