# Oficio Ord. Nº276 del 27 de enero de 2022

Este oficio recalca varias de las cuestiones tratadas en oficios anteriores, como por ejemplo, que el mayor valor se obtiene de la diferencia entre el valor de enajenación y el costo (reajustado por IPC), que pagaras impuestos según el Impuesto Global Complementario o Impuesto Adicional según corresponda directamente en el Formulario 22.

* Para personas naturales, se grava el mayor valor en la enajenación de acuerdo a la letra m) N°8 del art. 17 de la LIR, con impuestos finales.
* Se obtiene el mayor valor del valor de enajenación menos el costo tributario.
* El costo tributario a su vez está compuesto del costo de adquisición debidamente reajustado por IPC.
* Este mayor valor será afecto por los impuestos finales.
* Recalca que la renta se entiende percibida al enajenar.
* Se debe declarar en el Formulario 22 y en una casilla en particular de acuerdo a las instrucciones que el SII entrega todos los años.
* Recalca que no están gravadas con IVA dado que no son [bienes corporales](https://www.sii.cl/diccionario_tributario/dicc_b.htm).
